Project Scope
Our team captured the entire retail floor using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology and professional photography. The scan covered all product aisles, specialty departments, checkout areas, and store displays across the full 40,000 SF footprint — creating a complete, navigable digital replica of the physical store.
The Challenge
Retail grocery environments present unique scanning complexity. Thousands of individual products across tightly packed aisles, refrigerated display cases with reflective glass, variable overhead lighting, and constant changes in product placement all demand precise scan positioning and careful overlap planning. The digital twin also needed to be detailed enough to support product-level browsing, not just a general walkthrough.
