Lightbound 3D was engaged to create an extensive digital marketing package for a landmark Class A office tower in the King West corridor of downtown Toronto. The building features premium furnished office space, elegant event and meeting rooms with panoramic city and lake views, expansive outdoor patios, and LEED Gold certification — all steps from transit, dining, and entertainment. With multiple floors totalling 19,000 to 34,000 square feet being marketed, the property needed a digital experience that matched the calibre of the space itself.
Project Scope
Our team captured multiple floors of the tower using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology and professional HDR photography, covering both interior and exterior areas. The scan included fully furnished office suites, boardrooms, event spaces, common areas, patios, and building amenities. Exterior photography highlighted the tower's King Street frontage, outdoor terraces, and views of the Toronto skyline and waterfront.
The Challenge
Premium commercial properties with diverse space types demand a high level of scanning precision. This project required seamlessly capturing open-plan offices, intimate meeting rooms, large-format event spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, and outdoor terraces — each with dramatically different lighting conditions, ceiling heights, and finishes. The panoramic lake and city views visible through extensive glazing needed to register clearly in the 3D model rather than blowing out, and the furnished spaces had to look as polished digitally as they do in person.
