The builder needed a high-quality digital walkthrough to support remote viewing for prospective buyers, enabling them to explore every room and living space without visiting in person.
Project Scope
Our team captured the full interior of the home using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology, producing a photorealistic 3D model that allows users to navigate the property from any device. The scan covered all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces — delivering a complete virtual open house experience.
The Challenge
New-build properties in developing communities like Seatonville attract buyers from across the GTA who may not be able to visit in person during the sales window.
