Lightbound 3D was engaged to create an immersive 3D virtual tour of the upper floor of a 12,000 square foot wholesale design and interior décor showroom in Mississauga, Ontario. This second-floor capture complements the ground-floor tour, giving trade buyers and designers a complete digital view of the showroom's full product offering across both levels.
Project Scope
Our team captured the full upper-floor layout using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology, producing a high-resolution 3D model of the showroom's extensive home furnishings, décor collections, and curated display areas. The scan covers the complete 12,000 SF second floor with consistent image quality throughout.
The Challenge
Multi-level showrooms present a unique challenge for digital documentation — buyers need to explore both floors to see the full product range, but capturing large open spaces with dense product displays and varied lighting requires careful scan planning. The upper floor features distinct product categories and merchandising zones that needed to be represented with the same fidelity as the ground floor.
