Lightbound 3D was engaged to create an immersive 3D virtual tour of a new-build residential home in the Seatonville community of Pickering, Ontario. The builder needed a high-quality digital walkthrough to support remote viewing for prospective buyers, enabling them to explore every room and living space without visiting in person.
Project Scope
Our team captured the full ground-floor layout using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology, producing a photorealistic 3D model of the showroom's product displays, aisles, and merchandising zones. The scan delivers a seamless virtual browsing experience across the entire 12,000 SF floor plate.
The Challenge
Wholesale design showrooms rely on visual presentation to drive purchasing decisions. Trade buyers and interior designers often travel from across the GTA and Southern Ontario to view product lines in person. The showroom needed a way to extend its reach digitally — giving remote buyers a comprehensive view of available products, layouts, and vignettes without requiring a physical visit.
