Lightbound 3D was engaged to create an immersive 3D virtual tour of a modern co-working office space at 50 Carroll Street in Toronto's Leslieville neighbourhood. The facility needed a high-quality digital walkthrough to attract prospective members, support remote space planning, and showcase the workspace's design and amenities to a distributed audience.
Project Scope
Our team captured the full open-concept workspace using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology, producing a photorealistic 3D model of the entire facility. The scan covered collaborative work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, communal lounges, and shared amenities — delivering a complete virtual tour experience that reflects the character and layout of the space.
The Challenge
Co-working spaces compete on atmosphere, design, and flexibility. Prospective members want to see the space before committing — but scheduling in-person tours for every inquiry is time-consuming for operators. The facility needed a way to give remote prospects a genuine sense of the workspace's layout, natural light, furnishings, and community feel without requiring a physical visit.
