Project Scope
Our team captured the full office space using Matterport Pro3 scanning technology and professional HDR photography, covering both interior and exterior areas. The scan included the 21,000 SF floor plate across open-plan work areas, private offices, boardrooms, reception, and common areas. Exterior photography showcased the building's prominent University Avenue frontage and surrounding streetscape, giving prospective tenants a complete picture of both the space and the location.
The Challenge
