The Challenge
Commercial food and retail spaces have complex built environments — custom millwork, kitchen fitouts, service counters, and equipment that standard drawings rarely capture accurately. The client needed precise as-built documentation of the existing space, along with an immersive virtual tour for marketing and operational purposes.
What We Delivered
Lightbound 3D captured the full interior using LiDAR-grade 3D scanning and produced a complete Matterport virtual tour alongside Revit as-built models reflecting the space as it exists today. The BIM deliverables give the client accurate geometry for renovations, equipment planning, or lease documentation — while the Matterport tour provides an always-available walkthrough for stakeholders and potential clients.
