Project Scope
Our team deployed both LiDAR laser scanning and Matterport Pro3 technology to capture the entire 25,000 SF property. The laser scan covered all structural, architectural, and mechanical elements across every level of the home — from the underground garage and mechanical rooms to the main living areas, pool enclosures, and exterior envelope. The Matterport scan produced a parallel interactive 3D walkthrough of the finished interiors, and professional photography documented the home's design and craftsmanship.
The Challenge
A property of this scale and complexity demands millimetre-accurate documentation across dramatically different environments within a single building. The scan had to capture subgrade parking structures, pool areas with high humidity and reflective water surfaces, expansive open-concept living spaces with soaring ceilings, and intricate mechanical systems including hydronic radiant heating and fire suppression infrastructure. Coordinating both the laser scan and Matterport capture efficiently — without disrupting the finished home — required careful staging and scan sequencing across all three levels.
