Lightbound 3D captured a Matterport 3D virtual tour of the model home at 14 Thresher Street in Brampton, Ontario — a second model type within the same Thresher Street community, delivered alongside the neighbouring model as part of a coordinated engagement.
Project Scope
Our team captured the full interior using Matterport Pro scanning technology, producing a navigable 3D walkthrough of all principal rooms, finishes, and layout details. This tour presents a distinct floor plan within the same development, giving buyers a digital side-by-side comparison option.
The Challenge
When two adjacent model homes serve different buyer profiles within the same community, both tours need to be equally compelling — and delivered simultaneously so neither model has a gap in its digital presentation at launch.
What We Delivered
