- Minimum fee is $200.
- Tours are based on a square footage price of 10 cents. For example, a 3,000 sq/ft home would cost $300.
- Each 3D project includes up to 24 hi-res photos for MLS, plus short video teasers that can be used for social media promotions.
- Schematic Floor plans can be ordered as optional extra for $125.
- One year of hosting is included. Additional hosting services can be purchased for $99/year.
- POI Mattertag insertion can be included. Cost $25 each.
- 360 panorama photos can be purchased. Cost $25 each.
- 3D Tours can be updated, e.g., portion of space is updated. Processing fee is based on size of space. Minimum fee is $149.
- Post/processing and changes to customer provided assets, e.g., image and tag correction or video editing is billed at $125/hr.
- It is expected that property to be imaged is ready and/or staged. Minimum fee will be charged if property is deemed unfit to be imaged during a scheduled appointment. If more than 1 hour is needed to prepare site while crew is waiting, $25 will be charged for each 15 minute delay.
